Drafter | Designer
Good design isn’t just what it looks like or feels like, it’s how it works. This simple principle is one that is most decidedly important to our drafter and designer, Sara Blotter. Since the winter of 2010, she’s been working with our clients from the beginning planning phases through the end to the finishing touches. Sara works closely with our clients to ensure the vision and goals they set for their new home in the beginning are the reality they live with in the future. She believes building your home can and should be an enjoyable experience and tailors the process to fit the individual needs of each homeowner.
Sara is a native of Bismarck and returned to live here after earning her bachelors degree in Interior Design from NDSU in 2007. In addition to her work at Vance Vetter Homes, she spends most of her free time with her husband Ryan and their two children.

Katie has been utilizing her bachelors degree in accounting to manage the books and oversee the daily finances of Vance Vetter Homes since the spring of 2011. In addition to her financial role, she plays an essential part of many behind the scenes responsibilities around the office, which includes working closely with the sub contractors and suppliers in estimating projects and ordering project materials. She plays a vital role in assuring our homes are priced accurately, updating clients on their current project costs, and keeping the construction schedule on track.
In addition to her work at Vance Vetter Homes, she serves on the Mandan Architectural Review Committee and is an associate member of the Bismarck-Mandan Home Builders Association. She loves being active outdoors with her husband Nick and dog Ginger as well as spending time with friends and family.
